Blue Sparrow’s lawn and landscape and garden center will be growing its presence and footprint in the Excelsior Springs area. With the recent purchase of the location of 107 N. Industrial Park Rd. in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Blue Sparrow plans to expand by building a 50-foot by 60-foot shop. This building will not only house the Blue Sparrow Landscape’s headquarters and equipment, but will also include a 20-foot by 40-foot store front space for Blue Sparrow Garden Center. The current fence line will be expanded toward Hwy. 10 by 79 feet. The garden center’s footprint will grow from approximately 4482 square feet to 12,436 square feet.

Over the last two years, Blue Sparrow has implemented changes in our processes that are revolutionizing the Grounds Maintenance Industry. Blue Sparrow partners with Tech Giant L.M.N. (Landscape Management Network) to offer property managers a real time customer portal that eliminates and surpasses the lack of communication of the industry’s past. Now property managers will have time stamped photos, color coded services completed notifications as well as services scheduled right at their fingertips at all times.
