Excelsior Springs - A Community Rising
Mayor Mark Spohn provided a State of the Cities address in April for the City of Excelsior Springs. Mark narrated a video presentation that was prepared for the Clay County Economic Development Council’s State of the Cities luncheon, We Are A Community Rising.
Mark invited everyone to participate in the Mayor’s Block Party events that will be happening between Easter and Halloween this year. The city has set a goal of 50 block parties to promote being neighborly. A year ago today, Excelsior Springs was recognized as one of Missouri’s Most Neighborly Cities. Not pictured is Neighborhood Specialist Laura Mize, who was also in attendance.
